No, babe 😘 All sales are final. Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind thrifted pieces, I don’t offer returns or exchanges. So please double-check sizing, condition, and details before you purchase 🛍️💖

📦 How fast do you ship?

FAST fast 💨💅🏽! I ship every day  yes, every single day! If you order something, it’s getting pulled from the floor and shipped out the same day or next morning 📬✨
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way 💖 

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! 🌍💋 Just keep in mind that international shipping costs and times vary depending on where you’re located.

💕 Can I donate clothes to RAG?

Absolutely! I love when people send in their pre-loved pieces 🩷👚
You can mail in donations — I’ll sort through them and give them a second life in the shop.

💖 Do you buy clothes?

Yes  but it’s by discretion only 💅🏽
I do buy items, but it depends on what I’m looking for that day and how much I can take in.
I have a daily buy limit, and if your items don’t fit the RAG vibe or I’m at my limit, I may have to pass. Nothing personal, babe 💋

🔁 Can I trade clothes?

Yes! You can totally sub-trade or trade items for store credit 🛍️💞
If I feel like your pieces fit the RAG vibe and could sell in the store, I’ll let you know and we can trade from there ✨

🏠 Do you have a physical store?

Yes! RAG has a storefront location where you can shop in person 💅🏽
But this website is also fully online, so you can shop from anywhere in the world 🌎💖

💫 Are online and in-store policies the same?

Not exactly, babe 💋

• Online sales: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

• In-store: You can shop, trade, and sell items in person (based on what I’m buying that day).
  But overall, both follow the same RAG rules — everything’s curated, one-of-a-kind, and made for the girls 💕
